Shipment Processing Time

All Grindset Labs orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and the destination ZIP code.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete prior to checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or result in lost packages.
Grindset Labs does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours on the carrier’s website.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen logistics factors. Carriers generally do not deliver on Sundays or federal holidays.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged or your products were affected during shipping, please contact our support team at support@grindsetlabs.com within 3 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items.

To qualify for a replacement order, please keep all original packaging materials and damaged goods. Refunds are not issued for items damaged during transit, but we will promptly arrange a replacement upon verification.
